Coalition for a New Dallas

Due to COVID-19, cities like Portland, New York City, Oakland, Boston, San Francisco, Charlotte, London, Madrid, Berlin and others have temporarily closed streets to allow pedestrians to stay healthy through exercise while social distancing. Seattle has gone a step further and permanently pedestrianized 20 miles of streets to most vehicular traffic. The city also plans to accelerate the installation of biking infrastructure.
